These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the Lip Intimate Care Sweden AB B2B store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer (B2B) and not as a consumer.

1. Orders
Orders must be placed through our B2B webstore. We reserve the right to accept or deny orders at our discretion. All products are intended for professional resale through approved channels only.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown excluding VAT and shipping unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments.
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
We do not offer invoice payments unless agreed in writing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
For unclaimed or undeliverable packages, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional forwarding fees.
6. Product Use & Resale
Reselling our products on Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Etsy or any third-party marketplace is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission has been granted by Lip Intimate Care Sweden AB.
Unauthorized marketplace sales will result in termination of the business relationship and loss of purchasing rights.
7. Returns & Complaints
This is a B2B store.
We do not accept returns of unsold products.
Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of delivery, supported with photographic documentation. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
8. Brand Representation
Product descriptions, claims and marketing language must not be altered. All communication must reflect our brand values and regulatory compliance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.
